OLAS, the Organization of Latin American Students 

OLAS is a club that focuses on students with multiple backgrounds- enhancing the knowledge, understanding, and respect for the Latin community. Our organization focuses on supporting MCEC and the larger community through active involvement, fundraisers, and service projects.  Last winter, the club raised enough money to fund the first OLAS Christmas Service Project where we were able to sponsor an entire grade level from both Troy Elementary and Candor Elementary.  Club members went to each school, read a children’s Christmas story, sang carols, and passed out a small gift bag to each child!  Although this club was only established in October of 2019, the members of OLAS have gone above and beyond.  OLAS hopes to continue giving back to the community each year, but we need your support!! Join today and help continue the legacy of OLAS.
